Fast-Track contract as prime consultants to perform A/E services for miscellaneous upgrades and repairs to PortMiami, Terminal J. Scope of work included remodeling all public restrooms, new exterior Elevator, Railings, Shading System, Steel Column Covers along with Life Safety study and Roof Assessment Report. Most of the renovations and upgrades incorporated in Cruise Terminal J implement sustainable systems and apply towards LEED certification.

Indigo Service Corporation was responsible for the innovative and unique architectural design and development of RCI Private Port-of-Call in the Bahamas (Cococay) and Haiti (Labadee). In addition to A/E services and construction management; we were responsible for developing security and emergency evacuation plans for these self-contained and isolated ports. Planning included potable water fabrication, power generation and complex logistics and scheduling coordination.

Infrastructure addressed water fabrication reverse osmosis plant, full time power generators and fuel tanks.

In support and assistance to Halcrow-HPA master agreement with the Montserrat Port Authority (MPA) for the port development at Little Bay, Indigo Service Corporation (ISC) provided Cruise Port and Ancillary Facilities Development Assessment and Evaluation Study for the Port Development at Little Bay. The services provided by ISC were of an evaluation and assessment nature of existing conditions and potential cost/benefit valuations of needed and recommended improvements to enhance the market position of the Port at Little Bay as a desirable cruise-vacation destination.
